Chef Erwin Tjahyadi is one of LA's hottest culinary stars, most recently being honored with Zagat’s “30 Under 30” distinction. Tjahyadi is the co-creator and executive chef for Komodo — one of the city's fastest-growing fusion fast-casual empires. He has now brought Bone Kettle to Pasadena to rave reviews. Chef Erwin's original Asian fusion has been featured in just about every media imaginable.
Chef Retno Pratiwi runs Kaki Lima, a unique traveling pop up restaurant. Her mission is to introduce Americans to high-quality Indonesian cuisine. Chef Retno, originally from Jakarta, goes to great lengths to find the unusual and hard-to-find ingredients that make Indonesian cuisine so special. Kaki Lima’s award-winning events have been featured in The New York Times and other major national media.
